A tenant should tell us as soon as possible when they think their home needs a repair. The repair should be reported to the Co-operative Office on Walker Street, Tipton, telephone number 0121 500 0426.
The report of the repair can be made either by telephone, fax, in person or in writing. When the repair is reported there is certain information we will need from you.
Please ensure the person reporting the repair has the following details ready:
- The Tenants Name.
- The Tenants Address.
- A telephone number where we can contact the tenant during the day.
- Dates and times when someone will be in to allow access.
- As much information as possible about the repair
